All property information, including parcel IDs, legal descriptions, taxes, and pricing, is provided for informational purposes. Buyers are responsible for independent due diligence prior to closing.

2. Offers and Bidding

Offers submitted through the Platform are non-binding expressions of interest until a written purchase agreement is executed by both parties. TERRABIDGOLD LLC reserves the right to accept, reject, or counter any offer at its sole discretion.

3. Owner Financing

Owner financing terms shown on listings are estimates. Final terms, including down payment, monthly payment, and number of payments, are subject to credit review and executed loan documents.

4. Buyer Accounts

You agree to provide accurate information and to keep your account secure. You are responsible for all activity that occurs under your account.

5. Disclaimers

Properties are sold "AS-IS, WHERE-IS" with no warranty of title, condition, or fitness for any particular purpose, except as expressly stated in the executed purchase agreement.

6. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, TERRABIDGOLD LLC shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of the Platform.

7. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of the United States and the state in which TERRABIDGOLD LLC is organized, without regard to conflict-of-laws principles.
